Why not rename the thread as Malurok? It seems better from a fictional standpoint because the actual name of the planet is Malurok.{{Unsigned|The Master Builder}}

:That's the impression Genesis gives. There is nothing to indicate a change in planet between the successive panels showing his detaining, trial, and transport to the prison via Spirit dropship. There is no source that states the prison to be on Malurok and I've been working on Ripa's article before ''Warfleet'' came out and I seem to recall there a source stating the prison was on an otherwise desolate world. I'll try to look for it. Additionally, I don't think we have proof that the Sixteenth Unggoy Disobedience occurred on Malurok. And I'm not sure if the image of the city is even on Malurok. ::::I wouldn't be too sure about that; there are a lot of binary systems out there. Genesis depicts Ripa's exploits as many and varied, and gives the impression that these are all notable events even on the scale of the Covenant itself rather than just odd jobs he's doing on his homeworld. Also, Decided Heart is only named ''after'' the montage of his feats, which I think is a strong case for the preceding events happening somewhere else. The artist just didn't seem to have any other ideas for alien landscapes than a barren, rocky wasteland (that, or it's more of a presentation thing where they focused less on exotic settings and more on the narrative flow). Likewise, I don't think [[:File:Malurokcity.png|this city]] is necessarily on Malurok - seeing as Ripa is already wearing his Arbiter armor, he must've paid a visit to High Charity in the interim, so it could really be any Covenant colony. --[[User:Jugus|Jugus]] ([[User talk:Jugus|talk]]) 03:07, 10 September 2017 (EDT)

However, that said, it's not incontrovertible that the prison is also on Malurok. :::::::I won't speak for 343i's intent, but that would be my guess. Tala, as far as we know, is a single-star system so the Grunt Rebellion may not have started on Balaho there based on HW:Genesis.
