Notability?

Does this even warrant an article? Everything I have looked up on this points to it just being a mod. And given the fact that one of the sources has Frank O'Connor stating,"but there has never been an officially funded or sanctioned development of any sort of DS Halo game.", leads me to believe this doesnt need an article or at least to take it off of the Main Navigation on the side.
