Question

Is this just the chief, but looks different due to water?(It does that to everything, deletion is coming)User:GEARS OF WAR 2

If I'm understanding you correctly, you are wondering hwy the Chief looks weird underwater? If so, it's the lighting effects used by the water in the game. To give the appearance of depth, darker lighting methods are used. Glitch or Not

I can understand this being a glitch for Halo 2, but in Halo: CE, I do not believe it is a glitch, as it requires no 'out-of-the-way' methods to witness, as it does in Halo 2. The player simply walks into the water.
