The Energy Disruptor is a UNSC device that disables Covenant plasma weapons and energy shields. It has been seen in use by Headhunter teams. It functions almost identically to the Covenant Power Drain and was most likely reverse-engineered by ONI, using the same technology. The technology is in a prototype stage and were tested in the field by Spartan-III Headhunter.
