Lūmorb

A lūmorb is a device developed and used by the Jiralhanae. They operate similar to a Covenant flare, consisting of a small round sphere that, once activated, illuminates the region around them. After activating, they take several seconds to light up. They can be used by breaching parties to throw or roll into a room before illuminating the space.[1]
In the Battle of Boundary, four lūmorbs were used by Kaevus to light up the interior of a barn while the Surdkar searched for Chloe Hall.[1]
