The Energy Sword is a weapon that was featured in Halo: Combat Evolved, and its remaster, Combat Evolved Anniversary. It appears exclusively in the hands of the Elites throughout the campaign and unusable by the player, and does not feature in Combat Evolved's, nor Anniversary's multiplayer.

Universe and lore[edit]

In the original Combat Evolved, the Energy Sword featured is the Pelosus-pattern energy sword, and is one of the many energy sword variants used by the Covenant military.

In Anniversary, the weapon's model was replaced with that of the unidentified energy sword pattern from Halo: Reach.
