In early 2553, a group of [[insurrectionist]]s belonging to the "[[New Colonial Alliance]]" attempted to commandeer the UNSC ''Infinity''. The group, led by defector [[Ilsa Zane]], snuck aboard ''Infinity'' disguised as a construction crew and took Del Rio hostage.
