Biography

The inspector served the Banished during the Battle for Zeta Halo as they took control of the ring, despite the increased hostility between the Jiralhanae and humans within the Banished due to the the recent destruction of Doisac. While stationed at the Redoubt of Sundering, he encountered UNSC medic Lucas Browning as one of the many prisoners brought to Redoubt for processing. The inspector ordered Browning to remove his clothes, and when Browning initially refused, the inspector warned that the Kig-Yar guards would do it themselves if he didn't comply. After inspecting Browning's body for injuries and instructing him to put his clothes back on, the inspector asked Browning what his occupation was. Personality and traits
This human inspector seemed to have no qualms with working against his own species and performed his job with a cold, detached manner. Browning later speculated that the Banished deliberately gave a human the job, knowing that the sight of a human collaborator would demoralize prisoners.
The inspector spoke sufficient Sangheili to communicate with other members of the Banished.
