UNSC Silberg is a stealth ship of unknown class in the service of the Office of Naval Intelligence.[2][1]

Service history[edit]

During the Fall of Reach in late 2552, UNSC Silberg was conducting deep-space reconnaissance and as such, did not take part in the space battle over the planet - allowing it to presumably survive the planet's destruction at the hands of the Covenant.[2] One of the ship's crewmembers, Corporal Jason Morelli, was a part of the ONI Signal Corps and involved in the Radio Beacon Deployment Program, indicating as to the ship's mission at the time.[3] However, all details about Silberg including its make, model, and mission, were classified.[1]

Crew[edit]

Notes[edit]

  1. ^ a b The Halo Encyclopedia (2011 edition) specifically refers to the Silberg as a "Stealth Ship" of unknown make, model, or mission, under the control of the Office of Naval Intelligence. As such, the ship is almost certainly a prowler, albeit of unknown classification.
