The UNSC Onan (hull classification symbol DDA-147) is a United Nations Space Command freighter,[1] specifically under the authority of the United Nations Space Command Defense Force.[2]

The Onan is a small, "boxy" freighter, essentially a hanging rectangular box in space without external appendages.[3] On its interior, it is perfectly bilinear symmetrical, with two perfectly equal sides. Service history
It was orbiting the dark side of Earth during the Battle of Earth,[4] and was positioned directly between Earth and Luna.[2]
