UNSC Dresden was a Marathon-class cruiser that was destroyed above Biko during the Human-Covenant War. Sometime after the war, Oliver Birch was contracted to retrieve a saddle box that was attached to the Dresden.[1]
Trivia
The Dresden may be named after the historical German city of Dresden, which suffered severe and controversial over-bombing at the end of the Second World War.
