The UNSC Dark Was the Night was a military [[cargo ship|Unidentified civilian cargo ship] in service with the UNSC Navy near the end of the Human-Covenant War.[1]
History
Around 2552 Dark Was the Night was transporting Kevin-A282 to Earth when it was attacked. The ship lost Rosarita, its shipboard AI, most of its command crew, and its point-defense guns were disabled. The ship was also forced to land on Losing Hand and was stranded there for about one solar year.
