Body Count
At this point in the series, it might be a good idea to start keeping track of the casualties, as I suspect they will be mounting rather quickly. Current list of individuals whose deaths have been noted in H4:FUD:
- Dimah Tchakova: 2526, KIA vs. Covenant on Circinius IV(Fell to her death after pulling rank to secure a seat on the academy's orbital tether, which was then severed by a Covenant SDV-Class cruiser moments later)
- Junjie Chen: 2526, KIA vs. Covenant on Circinius IV(Impaled by a plasma sword wielded by a stealth Sangheili Zealot during the evacuation.)
- Walter Vickers: 2526, KIA vs. Covenant on Circinius IV(Impaled by a plasma sword while drawing the attention of a Sangheili Zealot away from his comrades during the evacuation.)
- Col. Mehaffey: 2526, KIA vs. Covenant on Circinius IV (Killed by a "super-combine" from multiple Needler impacts, offscreen due to ESRB rating.)
- Gen. Black: 2526, KIA vs. Covenant on Circinius IV (HEADSHOT!!)

In FUD Part 4, the Chief tells Lasky and co. that they're the only survivors. When Lasky asks, "at the school?", the Chief replies, "no, on the planet". I think we can reasonably assume from this that the battle was planet-wide and not just restricted to Corbulo.--The All-knowing Sith'ari 07:59, 26 October 2012 (EDT)
