The Talitsa Corporate Council is the government of the Outer Colony of Talitsa. The council's affiliation with the Unified Earth Government led to several uprisings throughout Talitsa's major population centers, due to a large population of Talitsa's residents resentment of UEG control. Following the Human-Covenant War, the Talitsa Corporate Council remains only in control of Talitsa's capital city, while the rest of the moon is governed by the United Rebel Front.[1]
