The Skirmisher Commando[1] is a Skirmisher rank in the Covenant. Commandos wear green armor and a helmet. Occasionally in combat, they will utilize Holograms of themselves in order to fool their enemies in attacking it instead of them.
Despite their title/rank as Commando's it is unknown whether they are a part of the Covenant Special Operations Forces, since previously only Elites and Grunts were known to be Spec Ops operators.
