The Red Eagle is a phoenix-like bird seen in Halo Wars that appears as ambient life in the final game. If you zoom in closely on its back, it has an image of a flaming skull with six or seven horns, and possibly a body. It is difficult to get close enough to see the skull without going through the bird.
