The Scyllion Warehouse District was located on the planet Charybdis IX. In 2535, Jacob Keyes, ONI and ODST personnel were attacked here whilst inspecting the facility. The Insurrectionists had used the Warehouse as a Weapons Testing ground, where they modified Covenant weapons they received from their allies at the Rubble. The Insurrectionists in this area were killed, and their weapons (Plasma Rifles with human changes made) provided valuable evidence that they were somehow allying themselves with the Covenant.
This district, along with the rest of Charybdis IX, was glassed when the Covenant invaded.[1]
