Scyllion was the capital city of [[Charybdis IX]], until it was glassed by the Covenant during the [[Battle of Charybdis IX]]. In 2534 there were riots due to the shortage of food because of the large amounts of refugees<ref>''[[Halo: The Cole Protocol]]''</ref>. During the raids however a Covenant fleet attacked, and being defended by only 3 destroyers the planet was quickly glassed by the Covenant.
