S. J. Campbell was a Human who at some point following the Human-Covenant War signed for the Artificial intelligence Armored matrix containment and display module that was part of Project ALOHA-19 in Havenwinter, Ballast on a June 14 before it was sent to UNSC Transit Dock L22, Luna.[1]

The sign in sheet at Halo: Outpost Discovery has several nods to people involved in the process of the event. The character's name of S. J. Campbell was a direct reference to artist Zara Varin who was heavily involved in the event going forward.[2]
