Roh was a Sangheili of the Covenant Empire and a friend to Arbiter Fal 'Chavamee.[1]
Biography
Roh, insisting on saving the future of the Sangheili clan, urged Fal 'Chevamee to accept the Covenant Empire as the Sangheili's official authority. He expressed great concern for the Arbiter and unwilling to lose him as to being marked as a heretic by the High Prophets.
When Fal was engaging the Covenant Army after being marked as a heretic to the Covenant Empire, the High Prophets ordered Haka to force Roh to reveal the location of the Arbiter's wife to eliminate Fal's bloodline.
