Chief Petty Officer Peters was a Navy non-commissioned officer stationed aboard the UNSC Infinity. In July 2557, Infinity was pulled into the shield world Requiem. While out on reconnaissance in the nearby swamps with Commanders Thomas Lasky and Sarah Palmer, Peters and his squad came under attack by Promethean constructs and were killed.[1]
