The Multi Kill medal is awarded for scoring three or more kills within 1.5 seconds. It is only available in Halo 3 Campaign. It is represented by a gold medal with a blue star that has another gold star in it. This is by for the hardest medal to achieve in Halo 3 campaign. An easy way to get this medal is to kill a Prowler with a Spartan Laser or a Rocket Launcher, and doing this will also give you the Used Car Salesman Achievement.
