"Where you see one, there may be a hundred."
Nizat 'Kvarosee speaks to the predictable ubiquity of mulegs.[1]

Mulegs are parasitic creatures which are known to Sangheili.[2][3] They are small enough for many of them to infest an individual's head and are capable of leaping.[2] It is common wisdom among the Sangheili that where you see one muleg, there may be a hundred.[1]
