Miridem

Miridem was a human Inner Colony world.[1] In 2544, the Covenant invaded the world. In the battle that ensued, SPARTAN-II Sheila-065 was killed by the Sangheili Major Thel 'Lodamee and Dr. Halsey was eventually taken hostage.[2][3] Although UNSC forces had put up a good fight during the battle, Miridem was ultimately glassed by the Covenant and declared lost.[4]
Lance Corporal Morton, having previously lived on Eridanus II, lived on Miridem before evacuating to Minister.[5]
