The Minister of Discovery was a San 'Shyuum holding the title of Minister. Near the end of the Human-Covenant War during the invasion of High Charity by the Flood, the Minister wrote a written confession to be recorded for future generations to read. He was then killed and presumably infested by the Flood.[1]
