LP 656-38 was a habitable planetary system inhabited by the Forerunners. The Forerunners populated the world of LP 656-38 e in LP 656-38, but it was infested by the Flood bringing the initial population of LP 656-38 e from an initial 1.5 billion to about 9000 survivors before the Forerunners bombarded the planet from orbit.[1]
