This text below appears in the Halo Graphic Novel. It seems to be some sort of intelligence file or criminal record on, Ander, Jerald Mulkey.

This combined with the pictures of an apparant successful assassination appears to imply that Sergeant Avery Johnson killed Jarald Mulkey Ander as part of Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE.
