I apologise for my inactivity as of late, as I've been busy this year studying for IGCSE and A level exams so I haven't been a regular visitor as I used to be. I do still occasionally pay a visit though and I check my email regularly so if you need to reach me just give me a message and I'll usually reply quickly enough. As for the vote, I agree with Rusty; since the votes for Jugus was made on the 30th of September, he's officially HOTM for October.
