Template:Ratings Habitat La Paz was an area in the Outer section of The Rubble. The area has several prisons, and is controlled by Kig-yar. Thel 'Vadamee and his bridge crew were locked here, but managed to escape to an airlock, where they hijacked a docked Kig-yar shuttle[1].
