A known resident of this area was Ignatio Delgado, who occasionally docked the Distancia in the docks here.[1] The area also had several abandoned warehouses, owned by Peter Bonifacio. A gunfight broke out here in 2535 when Ignatio Delgado refused to hand over important data to Peter Bonifacio, and Diego Esquival was hit during the fight.
