French was a member of ONI Security stationed onboard Ivanoff Station during the Raid on Ivanoff Station.[1]

History

Soon after the Covenant forces under the command of the Didact began attacking Ivanoff Station, John-117 decided to destroy the Composer with a HAVOK nuclear warhead. The troops in the area were ordered to guard the Composer while the nukes were prepared. French's sergeant ordered him to lock down the far edge of the atrium.
