Force-multiplying circuit

Force-Multiplying Circuits are components of the MJOLNIR Armor system developed by the UNSC for use of the Spartans. These circuits are located throughout the armor, and boost the force of the user. They make hand to hand combat easier, especially against stronger Covenant forces, but also make the armor hard to get used to; a slight motion can be translated into a potentially harmful one if not conducted correctly.

It is these circuits that prevent other Humans from using the armor. The surgical upgrades the Spartans recieved allow them to wear the armor and not be affected by these circuits, but standard humans bodies are too weak to withstand the force these circuits create.
