Finlay Ice Creams is a business located in the city of Suraka on the planet, Carrow.[1]
History
When Suraka came under attack and partial-occupation by Jiralhanae in September of 2558, civilians were directed as far away from the center of Jiralhanae activity as possible. Temporary housing camps were quickly established in Sector 31 on the edge of the city. Finlay Ice Creams transported several vats of ice cream to these camps at this time with the intention of providing them to children.[1]
