Marauders can be built at the Banished Foundry by all Banished leaders. In Blitz Marauders cost 70 energy, while Marauders Warchiefs cost 110 energy, and Prowling Marauders cost 120 energy.

Trivia

In the Halo Wars 2 Beta, if Jerome-092 hijacked a Marauder, the Brute gunner will remain in the vehicle.
