Diego Esquival

Template:Character Infobox Diego Esquival was a former Madrigal citizen and a retired Insurrectionist. He was the brother of Maria Esquival. He moved to the Rubble after his homeworld was glassed by the Covenant. After helping evacuate many people, including Maria Esquival and Ignatio Delgado, he became a member of the Rubble Security Council. He was also part of the Exodus Project.[1] In 2535 he was mortally wounded after being shot through the chest by Peter Bonifacio.[2] Shortly after his death, Jai-006 put him in a cryo chamber to preserve his body until he could be safely transported back to the Rubble.[3]
