Daylam was a major city on Arcadia, a human Outer Colony planet of the Unified Earth Government.[1] When the Covenant attacked the planet on February 9, 2531, all major population centers were destroyed by the empire.[2]

Daylam is the name of a mountainous region in the lowlands of the southern part of Gilan, Iran.
