Chris Lee is a former long-time Producer and Creative Director at 343 Industries. Chris Lee has been working with Microsoft since 2003 and joined Microsoft Game Studios in 2004 as a software development testing engineer. He was the Executive Producer on Halo 5: Guardians, and also senior Lead Producer on Halo 4. Lee was also involved in Halo: Reach and Halo 3: ODST. He assumed the role of director following Josh Holmes' departure in December of 2016.[1] He was the Studio Head of FPS Game Development, heading the production of Halo shooter titles.[2]

On October 28, 2020, it was announced Chris Lee resigned from Halo Infinite's development, but remains working for Microsoft.[3]
