Carmichael

Carmichael is a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier assigned to the UNSC Infinity. During the Second Battle of Requiem in February 2558, he served as Fireteam Shadow's mission handler. When he requested assistance from Shadow during an attack on the Refuge, Jared Miller apologized for going around Carmichael to get their assistance.[1]
