Bill Past Due is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is unlocked by beating the 3 minute par time on Tayari Plaza. The achievement is worth 10 Gamerpoints and can be unlocked on any difficulty.
Trivia
The achievement's name is derived from a quote said by the Superintendent after Buck finds a group of dead Brutes and Elites; "FINAL NOTICE. BILL PAST DUE."[1]
