Vice Admiral Berlin M. Tursk was a UNSC officer during the Human-Covenant War. He was the commanding officer of the UNSC heavy cruiser UNSC Swiftsure.[1]
Biography
In 2544, shortly after the Battle of Miridem, he sent a narrow-band point-to-point transmission to Captain Lucius R. Jiron regarding the capture of Catherine Halsey.[1]
