A Psalm Every Day was a Kig-Yar raider captained by Chur'R-Mut, a Kig-Yar shipmistress. The ship's crew consisted of Kig-Yar and Jiralhanae.[1]

History[edit]

In 2535, A Psalm Every Day was ordered by the High Prophet of Regret to assist Thel 'Vadamee in his search for Kig-Yar who were making Covenant weaponry for humans, bringing along a pack of Jiralhanae under Chieftain Pellius. While scanning asteroids in the 23 Librae system, Chur'R-Mut brought her ship too close to Thel's due to her aggressive piloting, much to his annoyance.[2] Thel believed that the Prophet of Regret sent the ship to keep an eye on him due to lack of trust.[3]

When the two vessels discovered the Rubble, A Psalm Every Day fired on Thel's ship, Retribution's Thunder. Pellius then sent a mocking message to Thel, and Chur'R-Mut was no where to be seen, indicating that the Chieftain had overthrown her as well.[4] Moments after the attack, the ship fled into slipspace to return to High Charity with news of the Rubble's location.[5]
