Decided Heart was a Sangheili Base World, where the clan of Warlords had settled. One of them, Ripa 'Moramee, attempted a coup against his own clan leader, leading loyal forces to try and assassinate the clan's leadership. His attempt failed, and he was tried and imprisoned for his crimes.
Template:Conjecturalization The planet itself seems to have been barren, though with large settlements of Sangheili. It may be that it was a military base rather than a colony. Its inhabitants, with the exception of the red-wearing warriors loyal to the Warlord wore ornate gold armor, possibly indicating a high number of important military officials.[1] Template:Conjecturalization End
