An Atlas Telecommunications terminal in the NMPD Headquarters.
The Atlas Communications Corporation was a communcations service provider on Earth during 2552. At least the New Mombasa Police Department used its services. During the Covenant attack on Earth, its terminals were inaccessible due to a Level one communications blackout.[1]
