Part of the Plan is a track from the Halo Wars: Original Soundtrack, released on February 17th, 2009. It is heard in the cutscene where the Spirit of Fire travels underneath the Shield World and is reference to Serina's line from the same cutscene. It runs 0:32. The piece itself is a mixture of chorus, strings, percussion, and computer generated sounds.
