Sharfie's is a moons parlor in the bad part of New York City. Thin Kinkle and his gang often went there. Kinkle refered to it as "his place".[1] It was at Sharfie's that Janissary James first encountered Kinkle, when she beat him at moons in order to save a man Kinkle was threatening.
