Miguel Ferrer

Template:Realworld Miguel Ferrer is an American actor. Though born as a naturalized American citizen in Santa Monica, California, he has Puerto Rican ethnic blood. He voiced Sesa 'Refumee, the Heretic leader, in Halo 2.

He has made numerous appearances in numerous sci-fi and reality television shows and movies, including Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
