In Halo Evolution, the story "The Impossible Life and Possible Death of Preston J. Cole" details a ship called the Agincourt being destroyed during his last stand. So one has to wonder, how is it able to be used in Ghosts of Onyx?

It's very simple. After the first Agincourt was destroyed in 2543 they built another which was destroyed in 2552. The new one was possibly even named in honor of the one destroyed at Cole's last stand. It's very common for navies to reuse names. For example the story also mentions the Leviathan in 2503; another ship named the Leviathan fought at Sigma Octanus and was destroyed at Reach 50 yrs later. Prob not the same ship since the one at Reach was a Marathon-Class Cruiser, top of the line in 2552.--Emblem 1.jpgRusty-112 06:20, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
