Harmony is a human planet that has been glassed by the Covenant. In I Love Bees, Colonel Herzog suspected ONI had broken the code used by the Covenant, but let Harmony fall, along with Troy, to ensure the Covenant wouldn't realize.[1] It was implied he was right.
