Serina is an Artificial Intelligence construct that is assigned to the UNSC Spirit of Fire, a modified colony ship. [1]
She is set to be a main character in Halo Wars.
It is speculated that she may be a smart A.I. similar to Cortana or a dumb military A.I. like Wellsley. As of the release of the recent gameplay demonstration it has been confirmed that, in the game, her functions are similar to the EVA in Command and Conquer, acting as an assistant and advisor for the player to guide and inform them.
