Überchassis is the name given to the car that is sitting on the pedestal in the offensive base of Terminal. It can also be seen in various places in Outskirts and Metropolis. It is a luxury sportscar which seats two.[1]

Über, is German for over, beyond, about or "super", and chassis comes from the Latin word for case, so a direct translation for Überchassis would be "over case". The word Über has become frequently used in non-German popular expressions, such as "Über-Trick" from the SSX game series, to describe something as being a superlative example of its kind or class.

It is similar in size and function to the MLX, albeit seen more frequently.

Trivia

  • There is a reference to this car in the level, Terminal, when the male announcer says, "Will the owner of the brown Über chassis, license code P0-WND, please return to your vehicle."[2]
  • On the license plate, it reads "P0-WND". This is a reference to "Pwned" or "owned", which is said by a gamer when they kill an enemy.
